Shipping Destinations

At Desio, we deliver across most cities and regions in Egypt, including:
• Major cities like Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria.
• Regional areas such as Mansoura, Port Said, and Ismailia.
• Remote locations, including Marsa Matrouh, Ain Sokhna, and Sharm El Sheikh.

If your location is not listed or requires special arrangements, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees vary depending on your location:
• Cairo & Giza: Starting at 50–70 EGP.
• Regional Cities: Between 70–75 EGP.
• Remote Areas: Up to 120 EGP for destinations like Sharm El Sheikh and Marsa Matrouh.

Delivery Time
• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
• Regional Cities: 3–5 business days.
• Remote Locations: 5–7 business days.

You will receive a notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Policies
