Refund & Exchange policy

After-Sales Policies:


1. No Exchange or Return for Opened Products:
• Lenses cannot be exchanged or returned once the package is opened or the lenses are worn.


2. Return for Manufacturing Defects Only:
• Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects.


3. Full Refund for Unopened Packages:
• If the package remains unopened, a full refund will be provided. However, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Important Note:
Delivery takes 3-5 working days, excluding Fridays, which are non-working days. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely process.
